"Received a damaged bike and can't return it"
The bike arrived with a burnt cable. They won't let me send it back. They keep insisting that the cables are ready and they're just waiting for a shipment number (which is total nonsense). There's no one to talk to in real time. Their customer service is just awful.

"Defective Bicycle... No Return Allowed."
In June, I received a bike that was damaged. I requested to send it back. They won’t allow me to return the bicycle. The part I need to repair it isn’t available. They still won’t let me send it back. They keep saying they’re shipping the part, but it never arrives (out of stock). This company is a total scam, steer clear of them!!!

"A Bunch of Sneaky Weasels"
My bicycle broke down, and I've been trying to get some info on fixing it for ages. When they do respond, which is about half the time I reach out, their replies are just plain ridiculous. There was this one time I thought I was making progress, so I sent them cash to buy the part that needed fixing. Months have gone by, and still no part has arrived, but they sure are holding onto my money. Honestly, I have no clue what's up with this company. The product itself is great, but the customer service feels like it’s being managed by a bunch of sneaky weasels in a trench coat.

"terrible encounter"
What a terrible encounter. Seems like all the reviews are just made up, and they get rid of any bad feedback. My order (a lit bike) came with major mechanical problems that they refused to address. Instead, they insisted I cough up a ridiculous sum to send back a faulty bike!! Do yourself a favor and shell out a bit more for a Peloton. At least you know their company can be trusted.

These classes are quite enjoyable. The trainers are really skilled. The cost is less than other bikes of the same kind.

"Easily one of the most frustrating companies I've encountered..."
Honestly, this is easily one of the most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with. They don’t even have a customer service number! I’ve lost $200 in membership fees, and they won’t give me my money back, even though they know my bike hasn’t worked for 5 months and I tried to cancel my subscription.
Their responses are super rare, and they come at 2 am, which makes me think they’re not even based in the US like they say they are. It feels like I’m just getting the runaround.
No one should have to endure what I’ve been through. They really have no shame.
